THIS IS A FULLY VIRTUAL WORKSHOP. Artificial Intelligence is quickly becoming a core tool across industries. This workshop introduces professionals to the fundamentals of AI and teaches practical prompting techniques that can immediately improve daily aspects of your work and life. In this hands-on session, participants will learn how AI tools work, how to communicate effectively with them, and how to refine prompts to produce more accurate and useful results. Through guided exercises and real workplace examples, attendees will practice using AI to support ideation, organization and so much more. The workshop emphasizes practical application rather than technical theory. No coding or prior AI experience is required. By the end of the session, participants will understand how to structure strong prompts, improve AI responses through iteration, and build a reusable prompt library they can apply to daily professional tasks. Choose the Schedule That Works Best for You Option 1 – Tuesday Intensive Complete the workshop in one 4-hour live class, offered every other Tuesday. Option 2 – Wednesday Series Complete the workshop in two 2-hour live classes, held on two consecutive Wednesdays. Option 3 – Tuesday/Thursday Series Complete the workshop in two 2-hour live classes, held on Tuesday and Thursday of the same week. Both classes are required to complete the workshop. All three options include the same curriculum, hands-on exercises, workbook, prompt library, and learning outcomes. Simply choose the schedule that best fits your availability.
